About Us
What is an "Economy Kitchen"
Very common in México, an Economy Kitchen is a widely popular take-home food establishment concept where customers can find different types of Savory Mexican Stews (GUISOS) and typical Mexican sides that go well with them, among other possible food products that complete the meal. The idea is to enjoy homestyle food at affordable prices without the hassle of getting the ingredients and cooking yourself.

Our Story
Born in our own home kitchen, MexEats combines the rich flavors of our traditional Mexican cuisine with a touch of healthy and modern cooking. Originally from Sinaloa, Mexico, being a UofA alumni and loving the Arizona desert, we have made Tucson our home for many years.

Beef traditionally seasoned with dried chilies and spices and slowly cooked until perfectly tender. Can be served as an entree, on a tostada, or in tacos.
Cochinita Pibil
Pulled pork shoulder marinated and braised in a tasty mix of paste and juices. Can be served as an entree, on a tostada, or as tacos.
Barbacoa de Puerco
Beef and Pork traditionally seasoned with dried chilies and spices and slowly cooked until perfectly tender. Can be served as an entree, on a tostada, or in tacos.
Lengua en Salsa Verde
Beef Tongue traditionally seasoned with spices, slowly cooked until perfectly tender, and finally marinated in green salsa. Can be served as an entree, on a tostada, or in tacos.
Cabeza de Res
Beef Head traditionally seasoned with spices, slowly cooked until perfectly tender. Can be served as an entree, on a tostada, or in tacos.
Pollo en Mole
Chicken with Mole Sauce is a very popular Mexican dish, made with chili peppers, spices, and even chocolate, it is great served as an entree or as tacos, very tasty!
